    Clean & Green

Our parks crews are cleaning up, fixing, and improving our recreational areas. Through the Clean and Green Jacksonville initiative, parks crews are able to enhance our landscape and horticultural improvements. They are also mowing and trimming more often in our parks and along our roadways.

Recently, construction began on the amphitheater at Richard Ray All-American park.  Once completed this area of the park will include a 400-seat amphitheater, stage area, and water feature. The project is expected to be complete in the Fall of 2018.  Also started, is construction on a Splash Pad at Northeast Creek Park.  This splash pad is scheduled to be open in the Summer of 2018 and is just the first phase of a multi-phase project to renovate this area of Northeast Creek Park.
