About the Service 
The customer request tracking application allows City agencies to quickly and efficiently fulfill Citizen requests while collecting and tracking information. This greatly streamlines Citizen access to government services. 

  • Helps City staff members efficiently fulfill requests from citizens
  • Enables City offices to communicate with Citizens or other requestors by collecting information and maintaining contact through the duration of the request process
