The Jacksonville Public Safety Explorer Program will hold a special "First Nighter" open house event on Wednesday, January 30, 6-9PM at the Center for Public Safety, 200 Marine Blvd.
Explorer Posts hold this annual open house to introduce interested persons to the program. The program is open to youth from 14 to 21 that are interested in law enforcement or the fire service.
Attendees will receive information about Explorer activities, details of the program and registration information. They will also be receive a tour of the Center for Public Safety.
The Explorer Program is part of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), Learning for Life. However, participants are not required to be members of BSA.
