Patriot Day Observance - Friday, September 9, 8:15AM,
The 2022 Patriot Day Observance will be held at the 9/11 Memorial Beam, Lejeune Memorial Gardens at Montford Landing Road in downtown Jacksonville. This observance shares memories from 9/11 and those we lost, representatives from Fire and Police first responders, members of the military and the community. The 2nd Division Marine Corps Band and the Jacksonville High School Choir are scheduled to perform at the event.
Recent observances were closed to the public due to COVID-19 precautions, this year the public is welcome to attend.
The September 9 Observance is scheduled to be streamed live on the City's Facebook page, and will be recorded for broadcast on Sunday, September 11 at 8:15AM on G10TV, G10TV.org.
