NNO 2021 Cancelled: Jacksonville's National Night Out has been cancelled due to the concerns of local public health officials regarding rising COVID-19 cases in Onslow County. City of Jacksonville leaders take the health of Citizens very seriously and have agreed to cancel this large event.
