Virtual Fitness Classes
We are offering virtual fitness classes four times a week and you can join for free! Our certified instructor, Nikki, holds online fitness classes for various levels of fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Full Body Workout (modifications for less experienced students provided) | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6-6:30PM |
