Small Group Fitness
This eight week functional fitness class is a great way to lose weight, build strength, and challenge yourself. You will be working in a small group of like minded individuals all working towards better health! Sessions are conducted by a certified personal train and weight loss specialist who will design a program specifically for your needs.
Groups will consist of only 4 people and the instructor so that social distancing is a priority.
Session Dates are noted below, cost for each eight week session is $150 and all sessions will be held at the Jacksonville Commons Adult Center.
