Yoga   Zumba & PiYO

Essential Workout

Low impact, upbeat and fun total body workout.  Focus is on core strength and balance, as well as upper and lower body strength.

Total Body Exercise

Medium impact, focusing on full body strength and cardio, as well as core strengthening and posture training.

Low Impact Cardio & Toning

An energetic, choreographed dance class targeted to increase cardio respirator endurance and strength training using weights and resistance bands.

Strength Training

This higher intensity class is designed to improve cardio conditioning, alternating with strength/balance and core training segments.

Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels.  Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind, and energy.  A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period.  There are no fitness levels required for the class, the only needed is yourself and a yoga mat.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This Vinyasa flex and flow class is taught by Frankie.  All fitness levels are welcome, as this is a class that will teach your the different movements and breathing techniques as you go.  Be sure to bring your yoga mat.

Meditation Class

Come and enjoy an evening of practicing the Shamatha style of meditation.  Instructor Lenore Montalbano will instruct you in mindful meditation through sitting and walking.

Hot Hula

Hot Hula with Carlston

Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, Hot Hula Fitness provides a total body workout in 60 minutes.  Core focused, easy to follow, for all ages and fitness levels.  No equipment needed.  Hot Hula incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout that isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core.
