Self Defense
This program introduces the participant to the fighting art of the Philippines, also known as the Filipino Defensive System. You will learn basic strikes, blocks, and disarms using a single/double stick and also while unarmed.

Tai Chi for Seniors
Balance, tranquility, strength. Tai Chi is often referred to as meditation in movement. Yang style is a slow movement form designed to improve balance and overall fitness.

Essential Workout
Low impact, upbeat and fun total body workout. Focus is on core strength and balance, as well as upper and lower body strength.

Line Dancing/910 SoulSteppaz
Line Dancing is a form of exercise, you will meet others who love to dance and listen to good music while working up a sweat.
- When: Every other Saturday beginning June 3, 2023

Small Group Fitness
These classes will resume at a future date.
Reach your fitness goals, improve your health and get into the best shape of your life with our personal trainer. Be a part of a small team, all working to accomplish the same goal. Program includes assessments and body composition tracking, a clean eating program and at home workout guidelines.

Bootcamp with Brian
Jump start your summer by getting stronger and more fit with Bootcamp with Brian! This class will challenge you to push yourself, you'll leave each session feeling stronger and more accomplished than when you arrived! We will focus on traditional strength exercises using body weight and equipment, teaching proper form is our trainers number one goal so when you complete this 6 week program you will feel more confident in your ability to put together a workout.

- Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Cost: $25 for 6 week session
Yoga
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, from beginner to intermediate levels. Kirapula yoga is an interplay of body, mind, and energy. A typical class will consist of teaching breathing techniques, proper postures, and finish with a deep relaxation period. There are no fitness levels required for the class, the only needed is yourself and a yoga mat.

Beginner Yoga
This beginner yoga class can be used as a tool to promote a healthy lifestyle and is a foundational course that is appropriate for those who have practiced yoga or who have no knowledge of yoga. All are welcome.
