'No Fare' Until Further Notice
Ride for Free on all Jacksonville Transit Routes until further notice. This action was approved by Jacksonville Mayor and Council and went into effect Friday, April 10, 2020. This service is funded 100% by the Federal Transit Administration through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

Reduced Fare Riders
Until Further Notice, Jacksonville Transit has no fares to ride. You may still apply for a reduced fare ID to use when fare collection resume.A Reduced Fare ID will be required each time you ride. Reduced Fare Applications (PDF)are available online; at City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street; and at Onslow United Transit System (OUTS), 605 New Bridge Street.
Passengers with Disabilities
All Jacksonville Transit are handicap accessible. For passengers with disabilities that are not able to ride our daily routes, Jacksonville Transit also provides curb-to-curb ADA accessible transportation services.
