Please call the Athletic Rain Out Line at 910 938-5303 for rain cancellations. On days of rain, if possible, the league administrator will make a decision of postponement before 5 PM If the game is cancelled, a message will be left on the Athletic Division's answering machine as to what fields will be cancelled.
Coaches will then be responsible for calling 910 938-5303 if inclement weather prevails on the day of the game. It will be the coach’s responsibility to notify their team. The supervisor at the field will deal with rain that occurs after 5 PM Each team must show up at the field unless notified otherwise.
We are looking for volunteers! Interested in coaching? Please fill out the Volunteer Coaching Application and complete a Volunteer back ground check request. These forms can be obtained here and should be returned completed to the Administrative Office at the Commons Recreation Complex.
