Jacksonville Connect is a free and secure service that provides important City-to-resident notifications. Sign up to receive time-sensitive messages about severe storms, water outages, sanitation schedule changes and other official messages from your local government. Choose to receive alerts via email, phone call, or text message.

Sign up online with Jacksonville Connect (formerly Connect-CTY). You may receive messages on your home phone, cell phone, through email and via text messaging. Providing your street address enables connect to provide timely local emergency communication through geolocation.

The City of Jacksonville will not share your personal information. When entering your address, please use the address on your utility bill or 9-1-1 address. If you require additional assistance in retrieving your correct address please contact your City Planner (938-5236) or County Planner.
