Neighborhood Improvement Services is ready to hear from our Citizens on how to spend Community Development Block Grant Funds for program year 2023-2024. The schedule begins November 1 and will end May 15, 2023. During this time, we request our community to provide input on how the City can spend approximately $359,000 funds in Community Development Block Grant funds. Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The CAPER provides Citizens with a summary of activities and accomplishments achieved during the program year through the implementation of programs and activities under the Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG). The CAPER reports progress in meeting overall Consolidated Plan goals and priorities. Each year the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) assesses the performance of formula grantees that receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
